With more than thirty restaurants and bars in the Principality of Monaco, the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group offers a wide selection of gourmet addresses for a sunlit lunch or a dinner under the stars. As the summer season approaches, the Resort highlights several of its must-visit terraces and dining venues that showcase the Group’s commitment to quality, beauty and well-being.
Among the top destinations is Em Sherif Monte-Carlo, which reopened on 10 April to begin its fifth season in the heart of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. Under the direction of Chef Yasmina Hayek, daughter of founder Mireille Hayek, the restaurant serves a wide selection of hot and cold mezze alongside exquisite signature cocktails. The venue offers a large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and features live music concerts and DJ sets every evening in July and August, and from Friday to Sunday in June and September. Guests can also follow live 2026 FIFA World Cup matches on match nights. The restaurant is open daily from 7.30pm to 10.15pm, extending until midnight during July and August.
Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo, nestled in the patio of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, has delighted guests since opening in July 2025. This tea room is an unmissable destination for those with a sweet tooth, offering delicate savoury and sweet creations that evolve with the seasons, including the famous trompe-l’œil pastries that have made Chef Cedric Grolet’s reputation. From 10 June, the summer menu will be unveiled with delightful surprises available for on-site enjoyment or takeaway. Open Wednesday to Sunday, and every day from 15 June, the venue is accessible from 9.30am to 7pm, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful gourmet moment in the shade of the palm trees of the Monegasque palace.
Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, located in the heart of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, offers a haven of serenity with its counter, the iconic signature of multi-starred Chef Yannick Alléno. The Michelin-starred restaurant provides tie-free gastronomy for lunch and dinner, showcasing the very best local produce for generous, vibrant cuisine bathed in sunshine. Its sunny terrace overlooks Port Hercule and the Rock. The venue is open daily from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm. The plated Sunday brunch is now available all year round, serving from 12pm to 3pm every Sunday.
Las Brisas, a double Michelin-starred establishment under Chef Marcel Ravin, enters summer mode on 1 July and remains open until 30 August. Located just steps from the sand-bottom lagoon at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, the restaurant offers a true sun-soaked lunch experience from its terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. For the first time, dinner brings a vibrant atmosphere with soft musical entertainment under the stars. The menu features all the flavours of Chef Ravin’s Caribbean cuisine, which can be happily paired with a Château Sainte Marguerite wine, the result of a partnership with the estate renewed for the second consecutive year. Dinner service runs from 10 July to 23 August 2026.
Amazónico Monte-Carlo, which opened in April 2024 in partnership with the D.Ream International Group, is situated on the rooftop of the Brasserie du Café de Paris Monte-Carlo in the heart of Casino Square. This venue has established itself as a true showcase of Monegasque nightlife. With its tropical cuisine blending Latin American and Asian flavours, Amazónico Monte-Carlo immerses guests in a lush atmosphere inspired by the tropical rainforest. Jazz, bossa nova and other Cuban rhythms accompany dinner on the rooftop or in the lounge area, where line-ups of the best DJs keep night owls dancing until the early hours. The venue opens every day from 8 June and is open Thursday to Tuesday from 6pm to 2am, extending until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Maona Monte-Carlo, now in its second season, reopened on 14 May for ever more festive lunches inspired by the solar energy of Mykonos. From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo, the Greek restaurant will set summer afternoons alight until 27 September with Hellenic specialities and inventive cocktails. This year, the venue features an exceptional line-up and Amoretto-branded event days with Carlita, Moojo, Demaya and other leading DJs taking turns throughout the season. From June onwards, the lounge area will swap its blue-and-white stripes for a look designed by APM Monaco. The restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday from 12.30pm to 7pm.
COYA Monte-Carlo, which arrived in the Principality of Monaco in 2018, sets the pace of Monegasque nights from 1 April until 24 October. Between refined South American-inspired cuisine and first-class mixology, enhanced by the new international COYA bar menu Madre Tierra, the venue is a true invitation to travel to Peruvian lands. As every year, music is at the heart of the experience with an exceptional line-up, as well as exclusive evenings in collaboration with Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo. The beautiful terrace overlooking the Mediterranean will be transformed from June thanks to a partnership with APM Monaco. The restaurant is open from 7pm to 1am Wednesday to Sunday in April, May and September, Tuesday to Sunday in June, July and August, and Thursday to Sunday in October.
